How to unlock Sunreach's sky islands and reach the World Tree endgame in Palworld 1.0: the Feybreak Tower, tower boss order, and the Panthalus questline.

Sunreach is Palworld 1.0's floating sky-island region, and it's the last gate before the World Tree endgame. Here's the actual unlock path, since it's easy to get stuck without knowing the order.

How to unlock Sunreach

Reach the Feybreak Tower

It's on the southern edge of Feybreak Island, at roughly coordinates -1294, -1669 (southwestern corner of the map).

Defeat Bjorn and Bastigor

This tower boss fight is the gate to the portal.

Step through the portal on top of the tower

This drops you into the Sunreach sky islands.

Disable six defense modules

These are scattered across the sky islands and guard the central tower with a whirlwind. Disabling all six drops it.

Bring cold-resistant gear

Sunreach runs bitterly cold. Without cold-resistant armor and accessories, you'll take steady environmental damage on the approach — gear up before heading in.

The final tower boss

Inside Sunreach waits Auri and Shaolong, a Level 68 tower boss fight — the eighth and final standard tower in the game, and the actual gate to the World Tree endgame.

Reaching the World Tree

The World Tree questline doesn't start until you've cleared every syndicate Tower Boss in the game — every tower across Palpagos and Feybreak, plus Sunreach's Auri and Shaolong. Once that's done:

The path to the World Tree

  • •Clear all beacons and tower bosses across the map, including Sunreach.
  • •Craft the Echoing Flute.
  • •Capture Panthalus.
  • •Open the World Tree.
